I’ve been wrong before. Heck, I’m wrong lots of times. And when I am, I take every effort to correct my error. I’ve been accused by WJJ Hoge and his legion of weasels of being a graduate of Acme Law School. Get it? “Acme”? Where Wile E. Coyote gets all his stuff to use against that wily Road Runner that always blows up in his face! Har! That Hoge, always using cartoon references so his readers will undertstand him. I can do that, too! Now, like I said. I have been wrong before. And if I am misreading this, then …continue reading
My friend Matt Osborne, who wrote the “cease harassment” letter to WJJ Hoge III of Westminster, MD on my behalf yesterday, has been threatened by the angry Mr. Hoge. From: WJJ Hoge Date: Tue, Dec 3, 2013 at 3:44 PM Subject: Re: Legal notice To: Matt Osborne Dear Mr. Osborne: I have received your emails, and I find their content to be alarming. Please do not contact me again. If you do, any further contact will be referred to Alabama law enforcement for investigation under Alabama Code Section 13A-11-8(b). Don’t email me. Don’t telephone me. Don’t send me a letter. …continue reading
He thinks he’s being clever by avoiding direct mention of me, since my very good friend Matt Osborne sent him a very polite “cease harassment” letter yesterday. WJJ Hoge endeavors to describe why it is perfectly acceptable to refer to someone as a deranged cyberstalker without running afoul of defamation laws. Let’s edit for him. OK? Deranged may refer to psychosis, a generic psychiatric term for a mental state often described as involving a “loss of contact with reality.” Indeed. Such as a person who believes performing the same act that has failed every time in the past will somehow succeed…. …continue reading
With a season record of 1-15, WJJ Hoge is currently getting himself sized for a Super Bowl Championship Ring.
It’s too early to say for sure, and I am not quite ready to tip my hand. There are phone calls to be made and I need to get a response from the Carroll County State’s Attorney. But from all indications, not only does WJJ Hoge’s “Petition to Extend the Peace Order” and “Petition to Show Cause” seem to be doomed, as well as his outstanding criminal charge of harassment, misuse of electronic communications, and 351 violations of the unenforceable peace order. To give details now would not be prudent. I will share when the time comes to share. I …continue reading
Unlike WJJ Hoge, I’m not going to pretend that I get a lot of questions about this kind of stuff. But the fact of the matter is, yes, I have a “hearing” of some sort to attend in Carroll County on December 9. So, once again — in the cold weather which makes my symptoms even worse — I will need to be wheeled out to a van and driven to Westminster, just to satisfy the ego of a bored old man who seems to forget that he’s being sued in two separate lawsuits for doing this very sort of …continue reading
And let us be thankful that they cut the heads off of turkeys before they go into the packaging. These genetically altered birds worry me.
Here is how “Howard Earl” wants the world to see him. Here is what “Howard Earl” really looks like. He looks a lot like Tim Parent of New Richmond, Wisconsin. Don’t let your kids see this. They might think Santa Claus has been on a bender and has gone a few weeks without a shower. Now, how do we know that Howard Earl is Tim Parent of New Richmond, WI? Because “Howard Earl” claimed credit on @Kimberlinunmask’s Twitter timeline today for “getting me fired” from my first go-round at the Examiner. What Howard, that is, Tim, doesn’t realize is …continue reading
Oh, that CLEVER little felon Ali Akbar! He’s so SMART! Just don’t ACCEPT SERVICE and Brett Kimberlin CAN’T SUE YOU! Right? Well… Not so fast there, Hombre! Maryland Rule 2-121(b)(c) have that covered. Brett Kimberlin filed a motion today in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Maryland, asking the court to find that Akbar has, in fact, been served under Rule 2-121(b). Supporting his motion, he attached the following exhibits: 1. A sworn affidavit that he has twice served Akbar by certified mail, return receipt requested at his Texas and Virginia address. According to a traffic ticket issued on March …continue reading
